Julie is the founder and leading Behaviour Consultant at Diverse Roots Behavioural Therapy. In early 2021, Julie earned her certification from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB). 

Prior to this role, Julie worked for many years as a Behaviour Interventionist (BI), Education Assistant (EA), & Respite Support Worker across the lower mainland of British Columbia. 

Julie earned a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2014, a Post - BA diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis - Autism at Capilano University in 2021, and a Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behaviour Analysis at the University of Arizona in 2025.
